last week a woman hit me head-on, she was a dwi and i am still waiting from her insurance agency to varify coverage. meanwhile i'm stuck without a rental car....is their anything i can do to rush her insurance...i need my car repaired and need transportation to work....?

I'm sorry, we only deal in American law. Since you haven't mentioned a State name, like it instructs at the top of this page, I must presume you are from a different country.

Where is your insurance in this equation? What are your coverages?

why not go and visit YOUR insurance agent , they can tell you in seconds if she has coverage, and to authorize a rental car.
