That doesn't make them not "the real thing". If IZOD makes a product for Sam's Club, it's still IZOD. In fact, if you are saying that IZOD is selling at Sam's Club, that lessens your argument against them being a "value" (as you define it) brand.
It's not just IZOD who sells their subpar products to warehouse clubs and off-price retailers. I have seen some more expensive brands as well.

Call the trademark holder and/or eBay. There is nothing else you can do, no legal action for you to take, no defamation claim available based on what you have said.
