If egould is one of the students facing trial for sexual assault, he will need an attorney. The families of the girls assaulted in Stewart County are each seeking $3 million in damages.

There will be civil and criminal actions, against the schools and the boys.

I don't know if the sexual assault cases (5 of 6 will go to trial next year) have anything to do with egould's question though ... because egould hasn't asked a question.
