Employer's Health Insurance Declined ME

I am over weight and my employer's health insurance declined to insure me. I am 28 and otherwise in good heath. They claim that two different companies said NO.

I need some advise as I like my job and good jobs with benefits are hard to come by.

I am a mechanic.
