I'm an exempt employee, question is. On my paycheck I was shorted 8 hours of regular pay and about 4.50 hours of O/T. The person that does payroll said we have to wait til next payday to recieve the money we are owed. Can they do this.
Also Last week I worked the following days
Sunday: 8 hrs
Monday: 8 hrs
Tuesday: 8 hrs
Wednesday: 1hrs was called in on day off by Asstant Manager, was told I would get atleast 4hrs of work but was sent home by Store Manager after one hour.
Thursday: 8 hrs
Friday: 8 hrs
Saturday: 8 hrs
Do they not owe me atleast 4 hour of work no matter if I wasn't there for four hours?
