So you believe that you need the advice of a US attorney who specializes in internet based, international, business law. This forum can not provide you with that. And you need advice that is far more detailed that this forum can provide.
If you had a local attorney and asked him to find an attorney in the US for you. Then call this attorney and decide whether you want to hire him. Proceed from there.
I think it likely that you do not have a local attorney. Someone in your business must be given the job of finding a US attorney. Have that person create a list of 5 names. Call them all and choose an attorney. Many attorneys will gladly devote a few minutes on the telephone to speaking with prospective customers. It may be wise to seek an attorney who is fluent in your language.
