Like I already explained IT WAS A JOKE. However, if an individual really WANTED to disburse the information, it is not only legal to do so, but the state will actually assist a person in doing so.

Not necessarily and not everywhere. Maybe your state. But not every state Ceara.

Actually they can post WANTED posters but that is different than saying DEADBEAT. The Wanted posters do not assume the person is guilty. They state the person is wanted for failure to pay and if anyone knows let them know and they will arrest. So that is a bit different than putting up posters saying someone is a deadbeat.

In my post you will notice the word deadbeat is in quotation marks. If a person wants to post the states "deadbeat" posters, they must agree not to alter or omit any part of the posters. While the posters do not use the term "deadbeat", the general public normally classifies person that is delinquent in child support as a "deadbeat".;)
