What is the name of your state? NC
I was curious as to the laws about this: If a person, say a son lives with his father for 10 years, since he was a kid and is now 19, and his father suddenly kicks him out without notice, does he have to leave or does his father have to go through the eviction process? Please give me some info... Thanks.
