Just one more thing....what do you think that I should do as far as my son having to keep his braces on because she is mad at me for not paying her the money? She says that he is going to have to suffer until I pay her back. The thing about it is that I called the orthodontist and they told me that they would take them off anytime. She is the one that cancelled the appointment. Just wondering what you all thought I should do? He lives 5 1/2 hours away or I would take him myself!

Actually in the beginning when the insurance company found out that she had the check....they advised me that I press charges on her. I didn't but now am kind of sorry I didn't. Had I known all of this I might have!

in joint legal custody does both parents having a say go both ways? both have to agree to a treatment both do both have to agree to deny a treatment as well? might have to go back to court over it.

you might have to take her back to court in order to get your kids braces off, don't lose those voicemails, they might even help you with for custody issues with her

Yes she is!!! I have quite a large collection of voicemails that I will be able to use against her when the time comes!! Give her a little rope and she hangs herself every time!!
