I've got good news! She called me today to inform me that she's got a job now, and payments can be expected within a few weeks directly to my bank. She's going to hold on the the transaction receipts for proof of payment. Crisis avoided guys.

Again, never said she was a bad person. Never bashed her, and I've got no reason to believe she isn't on the right track. ****, she graduated high school as our class of 500 valedictorian and is doing well in college from what I understand. If she doesn't have the funds now I know she'll be making the big bucks eventually. Not too worried at this point, but it would be nice to have that money secured. Again..not necessary for my survival as I'm fairly young and my parents have waaaay more than enough to support me until I get my RN licensure. Oh well, regardless, thanks to those of you who have helped me.

In my original description of the scenario? Yeah, perhaps but I didn't see the pertinence. I just wanted some legal advice (refer to forum name) and I explained my situation. Not really on me that the situation developed literally mid-thread. As far as intelligence goes, remember this isn't exactly my cup of tea, and I'm glad it isn't. I've got a medical mind, not a legal one. Regardless of all of that, it's resolved so..lol

You'e got it resolved until she keeps postponing until the SOL has run out.
