ok she is endangering her children by drinking the alchol while on priception meds that say dont drink alchol and she is allowing her underage son to do so and underage kids from the age of 14 to 17 to do as well and the 14-17 year olds are having sex with the mother. my 10 year old saw his brother that is 15 having sex on the couch in the living room when he was on the computer play world of warcraft at his mothers. there mother is allowing the children to see the stuff go on and is not stopping it

An adult drinking alcohol is not illegal. Allowing her underage son may not be illegal either. What evidence is there that she allowed OTHER children to do so? Allegations are NOT evidence. Why didn't your 10 year old call you during the party and tell you what was on-going?

Apart from that, I really do think your son is playing you and Mom, and has been all along. Counseling for him, parenting (and co-parenting) classes for the both of you.
