Those that filed electronically started getting their checks pretty early. For those who filed by snail mail around June and in order by the last 3 digits of the social. This is from what I recall by looking at the site...Don't hold me to it though. (The old memory doesn't always work the way it used to).The payments don't even start until May (or has that changed recently?)
Was the injured spouse form filed with the return?Gracie, my husband and I had to file with him being the injured spouse. We received half a refund, 2 weeks before we received the letter from IRS stating they were taking the money.
You're not THAT old yet, are you? This is from what I recall by looking at the site...Don't hold me to it though. (The old memory doesn't always work the way it used to).

IRS will not be able to tell you anything.I still have not received any stimulus money for my ex's stimulus. DO you think I can call the IRS on this issue and see if they can tell me anything if I give them his ssn? Or do you think they would send some kind of notification to the division of child support office?
Is there any one out there that got a stimulus check due to support arrears?
