Your hard drive isn't going to do you any good, especially if you have been chating with 80,000 women. They have access to her hard drive, that is all it takes and they can get the records from Yahoo as well. It doesn't matter whether it was a chat room or IM these are aspects of the same internet service, or who contacted whom, the point is that apparently she did tell you she was 13, you planned on meeting, went to the meeting place and bought fruit flavored alcohol and condoms, that is intent, if you had bought nothing, or bought a quart of milk or coffee, food, there might be some wiggle room, it could have been worse if she actually met you. But something told this girl that you were a preditor, obviously you have difficulty with relationships with women. It is your own fault that you didn't appear at your court date, why, because you know your intent and that you are guilty, your attorney has kept you out of jail for a year and a half, now you are going back to jail.

You get real. I don't need to look at the facts. It's clear to me they have something; you are being charged!

You're the one facing serious charges and don't want to or can't hire an attorney.

If you think their case is so weak, then get a lawyer and get this thing behind you.
