Out of curiousity what county in Texas? [/B]

I am in Wichita County

The only people going to court with me are my husband of 7yrs, my step-mom of 25yrs, a friend that has been around for 19 yrs and been here thru the whole thing, a friend of 8yrs, and My sons school principal, in which my son was in his office pretty much every day for 3 mths straight and can verify no signs of abuse and my willingness to cooperate with the school and attentativeness to his needs ( at ARD meetings and such)

His Attorney filed in wrong County..ugg

Well our first court date was Friday, but it came to an end quicky. His attorney filed it in the wrong county. I live less than a mile over the county line. But instead of making dismissing it and making them refile in other county (not making the restraing order valid, so I could just take my son home) The Judge is transfering the case.

I was furious going home without my son!!!!!!

So I took ya'lls advise and went straight to the bank and took out a loan for an attorney. It may cost me bankruptsy but it will be worth it.

New court date is Thursday!

and has turned around completely over the past 7 yrs, letters from Counselors, school principals, neighbors, my present and ex-daycare moms, friends, all of these people have been in my home on a daily basis or have had daily contact with my son and are trained to look for signs of abuse in children. oh and his peditrition. Still waiting on Psycholigist letter he sees weekly and the Pychitrist that perscribes his ADHD/ODD meds. IM READY for court on FRIDAY. [ quote ]

Is this councilor a Mental Health Councilor , that keeps records ?
I'd like to know what is in those records ?

In my experience the child is the Client, and of course some, but not all councilors tend to " go along " with what the child states .
