an employee in my office purchased a laptop computer from a fax she received at work. she purchased it with her debit card three months ago and was notified it was on backorder. since the first contact of backorder, she tried to contact them to request a refund since they didn't know when they could fill the order. she has been told they don't know when it will be in stock. She has tried to contact them by phone, fax, email without any success. what are her avenues of recourse to get her money back? When she calls, faxes, or emails she is told that they cannot help her cause this is not their department, she has asked for a supervisor and only gets voicemail. any suggetsions?
