The time to determine that hubby doesn't want to end up with a felony was prior to him allegedly committing a felony. He was a drug addict. He put himself in this position. His newfound sobriety matter not nor does his job. If he is really sober, he needs to take responsibility for EVERYTHING he did while he was an addict. Without excuses.
