Felony to misdemeanor

I have a dui and drug possession both ruled as misdemeanors. Due to non payment of my fines the judged ruled them as felonies. Im able to pay the fines in full, what is the best way to get these felonies back down to misdemeanors?

Arizona . Can't afford a lawyer unfortunately I have enough to pay my fines and that's about it

Did you make a plea deal and then fail to comply with the court's orders? Did you lose at trial and was convicted? What?

And what makes you think that these misdemeanors actually became felonies?
