You've just claimed to have said "TWICE" that you stated prior in this thread that a subpoena supersedes the officer's absence with use of a written statement.
Well, it's the implication in my previous posts...

In post #4 I said

If you bring the officer into court, the statement is out the window and he is free to testify to anything he wants.
In post #6 I said

when the officer is not present, the sworn statement of the officer (along with the ticket) is perfectly admissible.
Yes, this leaves out the possibility you subpoenaed the officer and he doesn't show, but if you're banking your defense on that, you are grasping. The hearings are scheduled for the officer's convenience.
