Had trial date set 3 months ago. I'm trying to get primary custody of my son. Mother shows no interest in taking care of him. I have had him for over a month now. We get along great. Was all set for trial this past week but the judge has us try to work out a CS/Visitation deal that would work for both of us. Mother would not budge from her demands. Judge delayed the trail for 3 months. Was a surprise to my lawyer. My lawyer filed a petition for CS. How long does it usually take for a decision on this? Thanks!
