Dad had Christmas eve at 5PM to through Christmas Day last year per the first post in the thread. That appears to be what the alternate.

And? He also gets a WEdnesday midweek. She wants to deprive him of his time from Friday until 5pm on Christmas Eve and his Christmas midweek so she can do what she wants. How would she like it if the child's ENTIRE Christmas break went to dad next year? From the last day of school until school begins? That is what she is suggesting doing to dad.

I would like m son to meet his maternal grandparents at some point in his life as well

Why has the child not "met" his maternal grandparents in the last 3 years?
