Quest about the FL CS Guidline Worksheet

I am completing this now and according to my figures the increase according to the worksheet isn't as crazy an amount as I was anticipating. Even though my hours have been cut back and the cost of living is crazy, this won't put me in the streets. My question is if my math is right, is this exactly the amount the support will be increased because it is the guidline? If not, how would I get an idea of what I am really looking at?

Thank you very much for your replies, have a great day!

If you have done the worksheet with both correct incomes, and added in child care, and insurance, the amount should be what the court will order.

If the court orders a different amount, it usually isn't much different and usually due to forgetting the child care or insurance.

Thank you for letting me know that FL is usually in the afternoon, I will keep that in mind in the future and be more patient. I see how that apparentley upsets you senior members. Thanks for the eye roll
The eye roll is due to the fact that you can't have patience for more than a few hours and YET it took you a week to respond to this. Give us a break. You are NOT making anyone want to help you.

I apologized for my lack of patience and also apologized for the week it took for me to reply. I was dealt a huge blow with my fathers heart attack and open heart surgery and wasn't in tune with anything but him making it through the operation, thank the Lord he did!

So I saw the eye roll and I get it. Have a great night!

Gracie,
Once again thank you for the advice and input. My mind is more at ease now. I have gone over the worksheet a few times and I am 99.9% sure the figures are accurate. Take care and thank you again for being so nice and to the point. :)

Here's a stinker, If my wife types up the forms for me, do we still have to submit the non lawyer form? She isn't an attorney or anything, just a faster typer.

If she is just typing up what YOU wrote, then no, she is just being your typist. If she is composing the forms, that's different.
