What is the name of your state? PA
I have done a lot of research on purchasing a home. What is the difference if we purchase a FSBO? it says 159900 or best offer. The house we are interested in is being auctioned off on the phone? I have never heard of this before in my life. It states it will be sold on Sunday to the highest bidder. The house is in good shape is only 10 yrs. old and the neigbor across the street is selling there home for 90,000 more then what they are asking. They are having an open house on Sat. and Sun.
What are the closing fees when you purchase FSBO? Would a real estate attorney do this for me? How much do they typically cost?
Any tips are appreciatied!
I have no clue.
