Yes .. twerps like me. Much appreciated. Simply because I don't want to sign something that waives my rights. If you want me to waive my rights, tell me about it before I begin the program and invest my time and money into it. Don't try to shove stuff down my throat after the fact (on a required course). As someone else pointed out, none of this would probably hold up in court anyway but that was never the point. It was more a matter of principle than anything else.

Thanks to those that provided constructive feedback. The school ended up removing the offending language.
