Well if there is a court order for visitation and the grandmother has refused visitation, then all you need to do is bring proof that she's denied visitation (the more detailed -- sans irrelevant emotions -- the better). You don't need an attorney for this.

I really hope you are not asking the same stuff you did in the other thread.
see theres the problem, there is no order for visitation. they said it would be discussed if i ever moved out ( and i got KICKED out) and now the visitation issue needs to be brought up. what rights do i have as a mother?

If you have a Bro Bono Attorney that will represent you Later , take a Letter Stating That to Court For the Record .

#1 ) The Judge should in All fairness continue the Case when you request it .

# 2 ) Also , as you were advised , request a Temporary Visitation Order until the Matter is resolved .

We are rehashing Proper advice you were given , and you Just keep coming back with excuses and NEW FACTS ..

Also , you Pro Bono Lawyer should be on the Phone or in the Courtroom , signing on as your representative , and request the Continuance .

So why have you posted that NH is your state? If Mom's in MA, and you're in MA, what the hell does NH have to do with anything?

Quite playing games, none of this will do you any good in court, she will deny it, the court will either not accept it into evidence or they will trace all posts back to you and turn the evidence back on you. Get an attorney, let them get you a continuance and listen to them and do what they say.

i just thought of this Question; wonderin if u guys could help me?
If the g`ma has guardianship; doesn't paternity have to be established first before that can happen (although it already has happened- *the guardianship)
any answers would help b/c i read on something about paternity and the courts and wondered if this applies in my situation.
