You should speak to grandma about the incident and inform her that if she would like to keep things civil between you she should keep her cell phone and any other electronic devices in her vehicle.

So this was a dependency/neglect/abuse case and there was a trial (in Stark County or Noble County juvenile court?). With whom were the children placed when they were removed from you? With the grandparents? Or foster care? So take the child (only the the child ordered) to McDonald's to see the grandparents. Leave the other children at home. Stay long enough for the child to eat a happy meal and then leave.

The problem is caselaw in Ohio states that if the children are adjudicated to be dependent, neglected or abused, the parents are unsuitable. Any custody issues are therefore made strictly on best interests. You could have lost custody possibly if it was deemed in her best interest to be in the grandparents' custody.

The judge granted grandma supervised visitation(must be supervised by me)
And you were... where? While she was taking pix and videos, and emailing them? Did your 15yo not come to you immediately?Surely she knows Dad isn't to have contact...
