I have money that my dad left me when he died and rite now its in the bank my mom wants to become the guardian of my estate but i dotn trust her nor do i want her to touch my money do i have to agree with her becoming guardian of my estate or could she do it without my apporoval im only 15. is there any weay i could stop her from becoming guardian of my estate?
