What is the name of your state? Ohio

I am the guardian and trustee for my daughter and we have moved to a different county in Ohio. How does this effect the guardianship and the trust? The trust was set up by the court from wrongful death proceeds. Do both of them have to be moved to the new county and how is this typically handled.

Thank you for your time.

Different County

You should probably check with the court, to see if something needs to be amended since you are in a different county. You said the trust was set up by the court.

The guardianship needs to be transferred to the county that you now reside by the court in the county that the guardianship was established. The trust account can stay where it is. Just make sure you change the address with the bank.
