I received guardianship 9yrs ago in NY, after that we moved to Fla. Who's rules do I go by? The boy is 12 now & wants to live w/his mother also in Fla. I said we could try it this summer when there is no school. I really didn't want to give up guardianship in case it doesn't work out but someone told me I am responsible for him if anything goes wrong or he does anything. If it did work out how would I go about giving his mother custody again? Very confusing.
