What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? - MD
My current H1B petition is valid till Dec 31, 2013.
My H1B visa stamping is already expired in 2010. After that I got it extended. But I did not go for stamping.
Now, I applied for another extension and expecting for extension of another 3 years(till 2016).
1. Does The new H1 extension starts from Jan 1st 2014 or does it stats from earlier date. Becaz I appled H1 extension 6 months earlier than it expires.
2. If I get it approved in Sept 2013, Can I go to Mexico/Canada for stamping on new extension.
3. If stamping is successful, does it valid from Jan 1, 2014 or earlier(Sept 2013)
4. Can I reneter USA with new visa stamping.
