Harassed Too Much! Fed law vs. CA law?

I still want to know where anything the poster has provided suggests that she is being sexually harassed.

Me neither! Sexual orientation is a protected classification in federal facilities, may also be in CA law, but it does not appear that we are able to get this poster to understand that a co-worker telling lies on you, even if they are related to your sexuality, is not sexual harassment. A co-worker doing all these other things she says the person is doing to her is not sexual harassment. It's general "I hate you" stuff.

May just be me, but it seems like the OP is writing up some of the missteps of the other person as if she were monitoring her actions 24 hours a day.
