I thought perhaps speaking to other likeminded individuals would make me feel better emotionally, clearly I was wrong, once again, I give, you win. I wasn't asking for legal advice from perfect strangers I was relaying a story and requesting validation. Lawyers aren't big on emotional validation, I thought maybe strangers might be. How about your providing the name of this 'class' establishment... and letting me call them and confirm your claim. If they confirm... I will return to this thread and apologize to you for everything that I have said. Come on... if it is truly as you have claimed, you shouldn't have any problem with my calling to verify your 'story'.

Hreno: it's just my opinion, but I think that JETX and BelizeBreeze have some knowledge law-wise, but absolutely no competence in terms of dealing with "clients".(not saying they should...unless they want MORE visits to this site fueled by satisfied clients) They also suffer from the effects of egos far out of proportion with their abilities. As I said before, professionals like doctors and lawyers DON'T WHINE like these guys. Their inability to take any other side than the managements is very telling, also. The current nominee for the chief justice of the Supreme Court said himself that any GOOD lawyer should be able to argue BOTH sides of the debate. I'd be willing to pay 'em 5 bucks to come up with a couple of things you could use rather than reinforcing their death sentence. Unfortunately, accepting my offer might create unendurable cognitive dissonance as their ego (which has already delivered "unassailable" and final advice) battles their ability to propound other theories. They also show limited ability to argue their own case by misrepresenting your statements etc I'm guessing that they are wanna be prosecutors, not dream team defenders.

Hope my ideas helped. By the way, would you recommend these people (JETX etc) to anybody?
