So, even I am not terminated or laid off yet, I still can apply for the UI. But, should I wait for one more week first as it's been almost a week passed started from this week's Monday.
Thanks, SJ.

Given the last post you made "down the street", I believe unemployment is indeed in your future.

In this situation, you must wait to receive unemployment benefits, even if approved, until the first week that you have NOT been paid for has passed. So I'd suggest, very strongly that you wait and not go in and start trying to explain about all this muck until you have actually not been paid for a week. You cannot serve a "waiting week" or anything else related to unemployment until you are not being paid. And until the claim has actually been filed for.

Thanks, then, I have to wait until the 15th to see if I will get the money paid.
