CA:
I sell portable electric generators. I made myself look like a generator store. That's what I call myself on some advertising on the Internet "The generator store". Now I get the guy who owns http://www.thegeneratorstore.com calling me up and telling me to stop advertising as the generator store or he is going to sue me. Please give me advise.

Thank you

That he owns the domain name is one thing. The issue is does he have an enforceable trademark in the term "generator store"? That depends on the facts. He may, or may not.
