So, y'all read my update thread yesterday, right? The one about Asshat not being able to prove a SINGLE ONE of his allegations and the judge telling him that she wasn't going to grant an RO unless I agreed to it, and even if she did grant an RO it wouldn't prevent me from exercising my constitutional right to say things about him on the internet?

Well, he's here posting... AS IS HIS RIGHT. But since I DID end up agreeing to the temp RO while the 'internet crimes bureau' investigates my 'private messages' that he's so certain 'threatened and intimidated' him (I can't even ADD enough rolly eyes icons)... which will expire on Jan 23...

Please just bear in mind that he has as much right to be here as anyone else, just as much right to have his questions answered on their own merits, just as much right to be flamed mercilessly if he chooses to show his ass... but I will NOT respond to a single one of his questions, and I will NOT respond directly to any of his statements made in anyone else's threads.

He will (and already is) distort the facts... as is his right and his behavior pattern. He WILL say that I am lying about nearly everything that I have posted here over the years. He WILL attempt to destroy any credibility I have here.

And all of that is ok, is his legal right and is up to y'all to determine whether or not you want to believe him. Because there really are 3 sides to every story, and you've only heard mine up to this point.

I agree that both parties involved should be as educated as humanly possible regarding their rights, rules, law blah blah. I just hope he doesn't expect folks to roll out a red carpet or anything.

I'm not askeered of him as long as he keeps himself inside the computer. I just hope that's where he stays. I can't afford to take more unpaid time off work.

And I honestly hope that Mary does not lock this thread. I know it's slightly off topic, but I meant my original post. No matter how much he lies and distorts and plays the victim in this scenario... he deserves to earn respect or flaming on his own behavior and merits (or lack thereof).

Tha's what happens when you get answers you don't like.

I read the thread. The legal advice portion was right on.... the 50% change in income requirement, etc. Not my fault he doesn't like that idea.

And thinking his CS would go down to $133? That's ludicrous when daycare is twice that, I'm forced to have the child on medicaid because he won't cover him on insurance as ordered, AND he's in arrears.

But... I picked him to be the genetic contributor and this is what I'm faced with.
