I came here for advice (I had assumed from the name"Free Advice"). Legal advice, not advice to go to a lawyer.
Sometimes, the best legal advice IS to seek the services of an attorney.

But at the end of the day? Yes, you came here looking for advice. FREE advice. From VOLUNTEERS. Instead of showing an ounce of gratitude for any response, you came back at every one with attitude. So don't be surprised that no one wants to help you further than "go pay for someone to put up with you." If you come back with a bit of humility, you might find some who are still willing to help you.

I don't expect that even a sincere apology will net the OP the sort of response that he's looking for.

Glenn, your first few replies on this thread don't strike me as rude so much as defensive. That's understandable. The longer this thread has continued, the more your posture has shifted from defensive to combative. That's a concern. If the comments made by anonymous posters on an online forum are sufficient to provoke this degree of combativeness, how will you comport yourself in court?

It may be that your children's best interests are better served by your hiring a professional to represent you, so that you can focus your full time and attention on your children.

If you do choose to litigate this case on your own, you'll need a thicker skin than you've shown here. Learn which points to argue and which to let go.
