I need to evict someone from my home but I'm an over the road truck driver, and can't take time off work to handle the situation, can I have my house manager take care of it for me?

Absent your house manager being a licensed lawyer in UT that is a very unlikely path .

WHy do you want them out .asap...drug activity, illegal activity or what ...might have other options ..but all pretty much require you be there at key steps .

IS this person a tenant under UT law...tenants are entitled to " due process " and you best not cut any corners .

However a NONtenant who has overstayed his or her welcome can be booted ...but you best give some details ...guests smell like tenants all too easily .

Sure - but a PoA doesn't allow for legal matters to be filed.
