Why would anyone want to write a novel depicting animal abuse?

Isn't there way too much of it in real life?

Yep - still waiting for that plane! Funny thing is that it's more of a possibility now than it was a few months ago.

Of course..."more" is relative. A few months ago, I had about a .00001% chance. Now, it's .00003%
