Excellent. If he had any REAL intention to sue you and he had actually spoken to a lawyer about it, the last thing he would do is antagonize you in public. Keep a copy of everything he does that seems aimed at you. Every time he does something, he builds YOUR case against him.

This guy is not going to sue you. Furthermore, he doesn't know enough about the law to know when he is stepping over the line. But the guy is really trying to get your attention and that is a little disturbing. HOWEVER, you have taken the bait in the past so it will now take longer to convince him that you will not respond/react to his posts EVER AGAIN. The key to both your legal and personal safety concerns, is to absolutley refuse to respond to him. Don't even say things to the other members that might get back to him. Tell everyone behind the scenes that you don't have time for all this drama and that you are not going to concern yourself with it any more (hopefully that will get back to him).

Well, get a grip! Get your stuff together to show the cops and make a report. Then get some info on stalkers, learn what they are about and the best way to handle them. Be prepared for him to increase his efforts to get your attention, until he finally realizes that no matter what he does you will not respond. It is likely to take a while.

Good luck!
