One more thing and I think I'll be set. Anywhere I can find 'sample' letters or wording I can use for this letter I am going to send to Sprint? I don't want to word anything inccorectly or inaccurately and I'd like to have all the right terminology!!!

A modification of a settlement letter might work. Your situation isn't exactly a settlement, but you still might find the verbage useful.

There are pay for delete letters at creditboards, so perhaps a combination of the 2 would work.
