Dude - with all due respect, what are you not getting? She's PREGNANT. The court will NOT effectively b a s t a rdize a child in this manner. The divorce WILL NOT be completed until the child is born.

So basically what you are saying is that the court will not grant a divorce. Neither him nor i will gain custody until the paternity test in completed. once completed the court may grant divorce in which case i can get legal custody over my child?

I didn't say that. As soon as the child is born Dad can file for custody.

That'd be a whole different ball of wax, though.

Once husband's paternity is disestablished and yours is established, you can then file for custody, visitation and child support.

me and this girl are going to get married so there will be no need to file for visitation or child support. And thank you for your help im sorry for asking so many times.. What are the chances thought that the court will allow the divorce once the baby is disproved to be his? they would make a baby grow up in a broken home surely correct?
