My employer is based out of Mobile, AL (where HR is) my direct supervisor and team are in Virginia Beach, VA and I am the sole repsentative in Seattle, WA.

My company recently changed hands and as part of the new contract, it was demanded that I move into the customer's office.

Last week every employee in my company received an offer to transfer to Phoenix, AZ and I applied.

Our customer heard that I was applying and has made steps to stop my new opportunity.

In your honest opinions, is this worth looking into further with legal counsel?
