In Tennessee, my legally parked 1999 Saturn was hit by a charter bus line. He backed into the side of my car leaving the car door on the street, the wheel on the sidewalk and my car on the sidewalk. Roughly $6000 worth of damages. Noone in the car--so no injuries. My question is--is this co./insurance co. required not only to repair the car to standard, but also to pay for future depreciation on this car as atrade-in?
