The "A" style may be the same from house to house but the dimensions within that style could vary.

If you want to know the cost have a couple of roofers come out to give you written estimates based on the dimensions of your roof. Even those estimates may vary but at least you'll have something to refer to if the HOA comes back with some outrageous assessment.
