The order says that in odd number years I have my daughter from the 26th until the day before school resumes. But we are on one week on and one week off possession. So when school resumes who's week is it??

Well... No, you didn't. I sincerely doubt that it is written "in odd number years I have my daughter from the 26th until the day before school resumes." Seriously - is the "word for word" part really so complicated? Open your orders, and type out EXACTLY what they say. Sheesh.

I told him to call a attorney if he feels he needs to. Then for him to call me and an apologize for how he is acting.

All this shows is that both of you have a maturity problem.

The wording of court orders many times makes a VERY big difference in what is the correct answer to a question.

If we don't know exactly, WORD FOR WORD, what your court order says, we cannot give you any better answers than you have gotten so far.

This is for my daughter's order... Both parties are appointed joint managing conservator. Possession and acess schedule for the mother... Weekly, beginning Sunday July 8, 2007 at 6pm and ending Sunday July 15,2007 at 6pm and every other Sunday thereafter, beginning and ending the same time. Christmas Holidays in odd number years beginning at noon on December 26 and ending at 6pm on the day before school resumes after the Christmas school vacation. Does the rotation continue through the Holiday??
