I have $0 co pays with my previous insurance which the state and federal duo health plan.

That insurance went out of business and I got their bill this year from last year going to hospital.

I tried to reach out to the state about the bill, but no response so far.

Has the bill gone to collections or is this the first invoice you have received?

First notice . I don't have my old health card so not sure calling them about bill would resolve issue

If you sent a letter to the sender of the invoice, with a copy of the invoice or information from the invoice, you can wait for a response.
