Utah. We purchased a new 2001 Honda Accord 7 days ago, during that time, we have had it in the shop once for two problems and after picking it up, encountered 2 more problems. Can I go to the dealer and ask for a full refund?
first of all did your car have a warranty on it? if so that should of solved most of the problem . if you did not go ask to speak with the general manager ask them to take of the problem. why did you not take it back to the dealership before you began fixing the problem. if they still refuse to doing anything report them to the attorney general office in your area.
