What a shocker. The resident debt collector and big shot disagrees with me posting the laws that keep his (former) occupation in check. I bet it just drives you up the wall that the advice I gave him would hand him enough ammo to blow this collection agency right out of the water, for a debt he has no legal obligation to repay no less.Bosco,
You have just enough information to confuse and corrupt the innocent posters seeking help. And I think you are actually smart enough to know you are hurting people.
Perhaps you should consider law school. If you are willing to misrepresent, misconstrue and fabricate facts as well as you do, you'd make one hell of defense attorney, or prosecutor in North Carolina.
DC
PS As for feeding your argument for three pages, I'll just say you are wrong and you are welcome to lose to the CA's attorneys in court.
All my facts are spot on and backed up with caselaw. I extend the same challenge to you. Don't agree with it, feel free to disprove it. However, something tells me that the guy who thinks proper validation of a debt is nothing more than the name of the OC and the amount owed will come back empty handed. Not surprising, as that's typical of the sick, twisted little world you and your ilk live in.
But I'll tell you this DC, get used to it. For all the decent advice you give on this board, there is alot of outright crap and typical debt collector propaganda mixed in with it. If I see it, I'm gonna be the first one to shove it down to e-throat.
You've been warned.
