What does your court order say? I have seen court orders that specify dollar amounts based on the remaining children as they age out. I had an order that said XXX dollars for 3 children, yyy dollars for 2 children and zzz dollars for 1 child. The courts had to be apprised of children being aged out so that they calculated support on the correct number of children.

court order only lists the children's names, the parents of the children, and the dollar amount each month that comes out of paycheck each month. It says nothing about when it ends. I do know in Vermont it is suppose to end when child turns 18 or graduates high school, whichever happens last. Other than that nothing about when the oldest turns 18 and so on with each child. I think what CJane posted would probably fit my situation. Child support will stay the same until the last child graduates or turns 18. My income is not that high so my cs is only around 400 a month for the kids, even though I have them 41% of the time. thanks...... Faith
