Hi all,
My case have been settled, and I want to come back to say thanks to every body in this site, especially 154NH773, for very good comments and suggestion. I do not think I can win without help from this site.
FYI: My case did not really go through the full court process. It get settled during discovery - My neighbor suggested to settle it based on my condition I listed at the begining, and I accepted it.
