Wisconsin law)? If you're on a p.o. hold because you were drinking at home and taken in to custody, can the p.o. tell you when you're released you can't go home and you have to be moved before you're released if there are no charges other than p.o. Violation?,no restraining orders or eviction from landlord?

You seem to think a parole violation is a joke. It isn't - it can result in parole being revoked and a return to jail/prison for the defendant.

They have as much power as they need. If you can find and read that wadded up copy of the T&C of parole that you had to sign in order to get out I'm sure it was all spelled out for you.
Being on parole does put a major crimp on you but consider the alternative..
